Loud & Heavy Hydraulic Hoses – Return Policy

At Loud & Heavy Hydraulic Hoses, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order hydraulic hose assemblies, our return policy is outlined clearly below to ensure transparency and fairness.

Custom Hose Orders

All hoses are made to order based on the customer’s selected specifications (hose type, length, and fittings). As such:

Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or made incorrectly due to our error.

Please double-check your specifications before placing an order.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you receive a hose that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Once approved, we will:

Offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion).

Cover return shipping costs if the error was on our end.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.

3. All approved returns must be received within 14 days of approval.
